Working Process Step by Step:-
Step 1: Sucking and squeezing- The atmospheric air comes from an air compressor. The adsorption process is carried out with the aid of a compressor, which raises air pressure to 6-8 bar.
Step 2: Filtering and Purification of the Air- The air under pressure flows through the filters and dryers so that moisture, dust, oil particles, and other pollutants are cleaned out of the air.
Step 3: Adsorption in Zeolite Towers- Clean air is then conveyed to the adsorption tower filled with zeolite. The zeolite absorbs nitrogen molecules and allows oxygen to flow.
Step 4: Collecting the Oxygen- It is (90-95% purity) is filtered and stored in the oxygen receiver vessel for flow rate and pressure control.
Step 5: Releasing the Nitrogen- The saturated zeolite bed is automatically depressurized, and the nitrogen gas captured therein is returned to the atmosphere via exhaust valves.
Step 6: Tower Switching Cycle - Two towers work non-stop alternately. While oxygen is being generated from one tower, gas in the other is being regenerated.
Step 7: Storage and Distribution of Oxygen- The pure oxygen is held in buffer tanks. It will deliver oxygen at the pressure and flow that end-users need.
